Ingredients

    1 10 oz can Rotel Tomatoes and Chilies
    1 lb (16 oz) lean ground beef
    1 lb (16 oz) Velveeta with 2% Milk

Directions

Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Drain and rinse the beef with water to remove fat.

Cut the Velveeta into chunks and place into a microwave safe bowl. Drain the tomatoes and add to the cheese. Microwave 1-2 minutes at a time until melted, stirring often. When completely melted, add the beef.

Serve with chips.
