Ingredients

* Granulated Sugar, .75 cup
* Walnuts, 100 grams
* Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 25 grams *Flour, white, .25 cup
Baking Powder, 2 tsp
* Egg, fresh, 2 large
* Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cup
* *Flour, white, .25 cup
* Butter, unsalted, 4 stick
Directions
separate eggs. beat egg whites till stiff set aside.
beat egg yolks with sugar till thick and fluffy, add individually ground walnuts, bread crumbs, flour and baking powder lightly fold in egg whites. prepare baking sheet with brown paper or parchament spray with pam till well covered. lightly spread dough on paper bake about 20 min at 350 till golden. immediately remove from oven and transfer onto kitchen towel that has been sprinkeled with sugar...loosen paper and roll...like jelly roll. let cool.
beat 2 eggs, suagr and flour till light, add milk. then heat in microwave about 2min,,,30sec at a time till it thickens...stirr to remove lumps. cool in fridge. beat butter till smooth and fluffy add custard making sure custard is cool before adding. unroll cake...fill with 3/4 cream filling roll up on the long end...frost top and sides with rest of cream...let sit a few hours before slicing.
