Introduction

The healthier version of the Peanut Butter cookie we all love. The healthier version of the Peanut Butter cookie we all love.
Number of Servings: 40

Ingredients

    2 cups Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
    2 cups (16 oz) Smuckers Reduced Fat Natural Style Peanut Butter
    2 Eggs, fresh
    3/4 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal
    1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal
    2 tsp baking powder

Directions

Mix everything together in a bowl and drop by 1/2 TBS on baking sheet.
Optional add mini chocolate chips and/or raisins and/or dates. Not figured in Nutrition Facts.
If you want a chewier cookie spray the cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes. Leave on cookie sheet until cool.
