Ingredients

    Half block of tofu
    1 package Yakisoba Stir Fry Noodles, Hot N Spicy variety (refrigerated section)
    1 cup of frozen snap peas
    2T hoisin sauce
    1T orange marmalade

Directions

Cook the stir fry noodles according to pkg directions, adding the snap peas. In a separate small pan, cook the tofu until heated through. In a small bowl, mix the marmalade and sauce together w/ enough water that it will pour. Pour over the tofu and cook until just thickened into a glaze. Add the tofu to the noodles and snap peas.
