This was very good and we loved all the vegetables! It was just a small serving size with the pasta included ... I wanted much more. So I'm looking forward to lunches of leftovers. :) - 4/16/09

Do I have to use breaded chicken patties? I'm Diabetic. Mary. - 3/31/09

You don't have to- it would change the nutritional info for sure (for the better) if you used grilled chicken instead (which is what I would do).

  • I cut the recipe in half and used 15 chicken nuggets halved. One cup is a nice size portion if you serve it on a cup of pasta. We enjoyed this, but I will add more Italian seasoning next time for a bit more flavor. Yes, all the garlic is needed. - 9/25/10
