Oats contain gluten. I suggest updating the recipe to rice flour or some other gluten-free grain or remove it from this gluten-free category. Alot of folks new to gluten allergies may not realize that oats are no-no's. - 6/3/09

Oats do not contain gluten. Oats can, however, be contaminated with gluten if they are processed on the same equipment as wheat. - 1/23/10
