Ingredients

    3/4 tbsp Olive oil
    3 tbsp Soy sauce
    385g Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, cut iinto bite size
    2 cups french beans, chopped
    2 cups carrots, shredded
    1/4 tsp ginger powder
    1 dash of salt
    1.1/2 tsp garlic, minced
    1 dash of pepper

Directions

Heat oil and add chicken. Cook until no more juice from chicken. Add in soy sauce, salt, pepper, ginger, beans and carrot. Cook untill vegetables are just tender. Add in garlic and corn starch. Stir for a minute or two. Serve with rice.
