Ingredients

    1.25 lb Beef Round Steak, cubed
    1 Large Can Crushed Tomatoes
    Beef Bouillon, 2 cubes prepared or equivalent
    3 Cups Diced Russet Potatoes
    Half Cup Onion, Chopped
    10 oz. Package Frozen Mixed Vegetables
    3 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp ground cloves
    1-2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

In a large crock pot add the cubed beef to the can of crushed tomatoes and prepared beef bouillon. Add potatoes, onion, worcestershire sauce and spices. Coon on low 8-10 hours. During last hour of cooking add frozen mixed vegetables.
