Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    3 1/4 cups cubed red potatos, with skin
    2 tsp Olive Oil
    2 tsp dried rosemary
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 375.

Cube the red potatos.

In a bowl, mix all ingredients until potatos are well coated with olive oil and spices.

Line a 13"x9" baking pan with foil (optional, for easier clean up), and spread potatos in pan evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes until potatos are cooked through and lightly browned. Halfway through cooking, mix and turn the potatos.

    We eat these potatoes about once a week. In addition to the garlic and rosemary, I add a spicy seasoning blend containing cayenne pepper and cumin. This gives the potatoes an awesome kick! - 7/27/09
