Introduction

Ingredients

    2 C. diced ham
    1 C. diced onion
    1 C. diced celery
    2 C. diced carrot
    5 C. course chopped cabbage
    4 small potatoes diced
    1/2 C. frozen corn
    1 can diced tomatoes (no salt added)
    1/3 C. rice
    6 quarts water
    chicken boullian to taste
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Dice ham & vegatables. cook all ingredients in large stock pot. About 1-2 hours.
