Introduction

I made this delicious salad for myself and my daughter and had plenty left for a friend. We are "Vegan-ish" and don't add chicken, though it would make this a complete meal...feel free to add chicken breast to up the protein, or a bit of whey protein powder. Ingredients

    2 Apples quartered and chopped
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium
    .5 oz. Raisins, 1 miniature box
    1/4 Cup Walnuts, chopped
    Lemon juice squeezed from one slice of lemon
    1/2 cup Yogurt, Stonyfield Farm fat free plain
    1 tsp. Honey

Directions

Add all ingredients together except for the honey and yogurt. Mix the honey and yogurt together separately and toss over the rest of the ingredients. Serving size is 1.5 - 2 cups or recipe divided by 3 equally.
