Ingredients

    Pumpkin Layer:
    15 oz. can pumpkin
    2 eggs
    1/3 cup Splenda white sugar
    1/3 cup Splenda brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 tsp cloves
    1/4 tsp ginger
    1/8 tsp white pepper
    1/3 cup 1% milk
    1/3 cup lite whipping cream

    Cheese Layer:
    6 Tblsp Spectrum OR "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter (lo fat margarine)
    9 oz. lo fat cream cheese
    3/4 cup Splenda white sugar
    3 eggs
    1 Tblsp vanilla
    3 Tblsp flour

Directions

Serving size 8 slices.
Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Prepare a 9 x 13 pan with parchment paper and grease sides of pan.
Prepare Cheese Layer first. Cream butter and add cream cheese and mix. Add sugar and beat. Beat eggs, vanilla, and flour.
Spread cream cheese layer into pan and bake 25 minutes.
Then pour in pumpkin layer and bake 30 minutes.
Mix pumpkin and eggs. Add sugars and mix. Then add rest of ingredients and blend.
