Introduction

This chili is very easy to make and the huge amount of beans makes it really hearty This chili is very easy to make and the huge amount of beans makes it really hearty
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 large can of tomato sauce
    5 cans beans of your choice (I always add chickpeas, black beans, dark and light kidney beans and great northern beans)
    1 cup chopped onion
    0.5 pound ground turkey
    chili powder to taste
    cumin to taste
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    red pepper flakes to taste

Directions

Chop the onions.
Rinse all the beans.
Toss everything into the crock pot.
Cook on low for 7-9 hours.
Serve with a dollup of low fat sour cream!
