Ingredients

    3 Cups Whole Wheat Pasta Spirals (cooked)
    1 Can Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup
    1 Cup non-fat milk
    1.5 Cups Frozen Peas
    0.5 Medium onion, diced
    1 Pack Chunk Light Tuna (Family Size)
    1 Cup Weight Watchers Mexican Cheese Blend
    1 tsp Garlic poweder
    1 Cup Kellogg's Corn Flakes, crushed

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Bring water to a boil, add whole wheat noodles and boil for 10-12 minutes uncovered. In a separate bowl mix 1 cup of non-fat milk and 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. To this add 1 pack tuna , 1.5 cups of frozen peas, and 1 cup of cheese. Once noodles are done, drain and add this to the mixture and pour into a 2.5 qt casserole dish. Bake covered for 25 mintues. Remove from oven, crush corn flakes and sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake another 5-10 mins uncovered. Makes 6 servings.
