Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, small
    white vinegar, 1/4 cup
    Canola Oil, 1/4 cup
    Parsley, 3 T
    Scallions, raw, 1/4 c. chopped
    Splenda, 2 T
    Salt to taste

Directions

Shred cabbage and add parsley. Mix oil, vinegar, scallions and splenda in a small bowl. Pour dressing over cabbage and let sit while you make the rest of your meal. You might need to add a few more dashes of vinegar to taste.

    im going to make this tonight so I have it for lunch. My grandma used to make something very very similar to this (i cnt find the recipe i had) but because this is so close, Im sure it will taste just as similar. One thing, My grandma used to chop up green peppers and put them in it! - 8/10/10
