Ingredients

    3 c whole wheat flour
    3 T sugar
    3 T baking powder
    3 T nonhydrogenated shortening (palm oil)
    pinch of salt
    1 c milk

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together. Add enough milk to have the mixture form a ball.

Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes
Makes 12 biscuits
