Yummy quick and easy sandwich that's low fat and low calorie! Yummy quick and easy sandwich that's low fat and low calorie!

Ingredients

    4 slices whole wheat bread
    2 oz. mozzarella cheese
    6 basil leaves
    1 tomato;sliced

Directions

Place cheese on half of the bread. Arrange basil leaves over cheese.Add tomato slices,top with remaining bread. Spray shillet with non stick spray and heat over med heat. Cook til lightly browned.
