Ingredients

    20 oz of 93% lean ground Turkey
    7 Tbsp of Heinz Ketchup
    2 Tsp of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
    1/2 cup of yellow mustard

Directions

Brown and crumble Ground turkey
mix in remaining ingredients
serve on buns or use as a dip for low fat chips

Makes 7 sandwiches

    Could sub reg ketchup for 1 carb ketchup and use ground white turkey breast to cut down on fat and carbs in the recipe - 4/12/09
