Made this on New Year's Day. Really good, will make again. I used the Sara Lee Sandwich Thins (100 calories) so they were really at 242 calories!
Sounds good...I assume the nutritional info is without the bun or chips?
Could sub reg ketchup for 1 carb ketchup and use ground white turkey breast to cut down on fat and carbs in the recipe
