Ingredients

    1 Lbs Browned Ground Beef (rinsed & drained)
    1 small onion diced
    2 Cups Water
    1/2 Cup Ketchup
    2 Tbsp Mustard
    salt and pepper to your taste
    1 Cup Minute Brown Rice
    1 Cup Minute White Rice
    1 Cup low fat Chedder cheese shredded
    1/2 Cup Turkey Bacon cooked and crumbled
    1 Cup lettuce
    1 Cup diced tomatos

Directions

Brown your beef and onions together and rinse off extra fats and then recook to dry off. Add salt and pepper. In a measuring bowl mix water, ketchup and mustard and then pour over beef and bring to a boil. Add rices and cover. Let set without the heat for 5-10 minutes. Add cheese and bacon pieces and stir. Serve over lettuce and tomato.
