Introduction

My yummy spicy taco salad converted from beef to turkey. =) My yummy spicy taco salad converted from beef to turkey. =)
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground turkey (93/7)
    8 oz Tostitos light tortilla chips
    1 pkt McCormick's Hot Taco seasoning
    1 can Bush's chili beans
    1 cup shredded lettuce
    1 cup diced tomatoes
    1/2 cup diced onions
    1 cup Kraft Free cheese
    1 cup reduced fat sour cream
    1 cup hot salsa

Directions

Brown turkey in skillet, drain, then add taco seasoning and chili beans, simmer for a few minutes until warm.

While bean mixture is simmering, chop lettuce, tomatoes and onions.

Crush tostitos on plate, cover with meat/bean mixture, then lettuce, tomato and onion. Top with cheese, sour cream and salsa.

Makes 6 servings.
