1 can pineapple chunks
1 1/4 cups fat -free milk
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut, or to taste
Splenda to taste
Directions
Drain pineapple chunks. Slice banana and put both fruits into pan or on baking sheet. Freeze for one hour. Put frozen fruit and other ingredients into blender and process. Enjoy!
