    ¼ cup margarine (1/2 a stick)
    1 ½ cup sugar
    1 ½ tsp cinnamon
    ¼ tsp nutmeg
    2 eggs
    ½ tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    4-5 ripe bananas (yellow and soft)
    1 ½ cup flour
    About a ½ cup chopped strawberries
    Rosebuds or Rose hips (optional)


Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix sugar, eggs, salt, and baking soda. In a separate bowl, cover strawberries and rose in splenda and let sit. Mash (DO NOT BEAT) bananas in a separate bowl. Fold bananas in egg mixture. Add flour and mix with a spoon. Fold in strawberry mixture gently. Pour whole mix into a greased loaf pan and bake 45-60 minutes. Garnish with strawberry and banana.
