Introduction

A great spread for a sandwhich or on crackers. A great spread for a sandwhich or on crackers.

Ingredients

    1/4 cup green olives with pimentos
    4 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
    1 cup mayonnaise
    2 teaspoons yellow mustard
    3 tablespoons pickle relish
    salt and pepper to tate



Directions

Chop up the olives and pimentos, if not preshredded, shred the cheddar cheese, add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix with large spoon until thouroughly blended. Refrigerate till cool. Serve on wheat bread for a great sandwhich, or with crackers for a snack.

    Is this tablespoon servings and can you sub FF mayo and FF shred cheese? This sounds very unhealthy - 4/14/09

    Of course you can substitue whatever you want, cheese is very healthy for you, the calorie content is a little high, but I was using Grandmother's rec. You can substitue the FF whereever you want. Olives are also quite healthy for you. I have had it with the FF mayo and it is just as good.
