Ingredients

    15 oz canned mandarin oranges in light syrup drained
    1 box Reduced Sugar Yellow Cake Mix
    1 Diet 7 up 12oz can
    Frosting
    12 oz Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping
    1 oz fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix

Directions

Blend cake mix, can mandarin oranges, and can of diet 7 up with blender,
pour into butter sprayed floured 13x 9 pan Bake at 350 for about 30-35 min. or until tooth pick comes out dry.
Cool cake, then fold pudding mix into cool whip and frost cake Better if kept in the refrigerator Serves 12
