Ingredients

    1 cup egg substitute
    1 cup Splenda
    3/4 stick butter, nonsalted
    5 slices lite bread (40 cal/slice), cubed
    1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

Directions

Melt butter. Then, mix all ingredients together. Place in a 1.5 quarter baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degree for 45 minutes. Serves about 12 (0.5 cup serving)
