Ingredients

    1.3 CUPS WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
    1 CUP OATMEAL
    2 MEDIUM BANANAS MASHED ABOUT 1 CUP
    .5 CUP SPLENDA
    .25 NON FAT MILK
    3 TBSP EGG SUBSTITUTE
    2 TSP BAKING POWDER
    1 TSP VANILLA
    1 TSP CINNAMON
    .5 TSP BAKING SODA

Directions

BEAT BANANA, MILK, EGG AND VANILLA. COMBINE WITH DRY INGREDIENTS AND STIR. SPREAD IN 9X13 PAN. BAKE FOR 35 TO 40 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. COOL AND CUT INTO SQUARES. MAKES 15 TO 24 SQUARE BARS.
