Introduction

Ingredients

    1 20 oz can crushed pineapple (Dole is good)
    3.5 cups unsweetened applesauce (half a 50 oz jar)
    23 full size graham crackers (almost a full box of Nabisco Grahams Original)
    1 8 oz container Cool Whip Free, thawed

Directions

In a 13"x19" glass baking dish, put down a single layer of grahams (approx 7.5 large crackers). Mix the 2 fruits together in a large bowl. Spread one half the fruit mixture over the grahams. Put down another layer of grahams. Spread one half the Cool Whip to cover. Spread the rest of the fruit mixture over the Cool Whip layer. Put down another layer of grahams. Spread the rest of the Cool Whip on top. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until the graham crackers are soft, approx 4-5 hours. Portion into 12 large servings for 216 calories or 16 servings for 162 calories.
