Introduction

Flavorful with broccoli, golden raisins, sunflower seeds, bacon pieces. Flavorful with broccoli, golden raisins, sunflower seeds, bacon pieces.

Ingredients

    8 cups chopped broccoli
    1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds (no shell)
    1/2 cup golden raisins
    1/4 cup bacon pieces, finely chopped
    1 1/4 cup light miracle whip
    3 tbsp white sugar
    pepper to taste

Directions

Mix miracle whip, sugar and pepper in small bowl and set aside. Chop broccoli and red onion and place in large bowl for mixing. Add raisins, sunflower seeds, and bacon pieces to broccoli and red onion. Stir. Add miracle whip mixture and stir. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving to allow flavors to mix.
