Introduction

Ingredients

    12 oz. package of Immitation Crab meat
    12 oz. package of immitation Lobster meat
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup grated carrots
    2 Hard boiled eggs chopped
    1 fresh tomato diced
    4 T chopped sweet or green onion
    1 cup Miracle whip fat free Dressing (if you sub. Miracle whip light it adds 9 grams of fat per serving)

Directions

Cut, dice and slice all ingredients. Mix them all together and chill. Serve on a bed of lettuce or on whole wheat bread or croissant. You can also serve with crackers as an appetizer.

    I did not know how to work star rating and messed up. I make this recipe a lot during busy times to eat for lunch or dinner over a bed of lettuce with a piece of toast on the side. - 9/17/07
