Ingredients

3 cups strawberries, washed, stemmed, and
halved or sliced
2 Medium Kiwi, peeled and diced
1 Twenty Ounce can Chunk Pineapple in its
own juice
1 Fifteen Ounce can Sliced Peaches in real
fruit juice
1 Fifteen Ounce can Mandarin Oranges in lite
syrup
1 cup white seedless grapes, halved
1 box dry mix--Jello Cook & Serve Sugar free, fat free Jello Pudding--Vanilla
1/2 cup Splenda Sugar Substitute
Directions
Drain the juice from the pineapple and Mandarin orange segments into a sauce pan. Add the dry vanilla pudding mix. Cook until sauce is bubbly and thickened. Set aside to cool.
Wash, stem, and slice strawberries=3 cups. Place in large mixing bowl. Cover with 1/2 cup Splenda Sugar Substitute.
Wash, peel, and dice the kiwi. Add to strawberries.
Drain and dice the peaches. Discard juice. Add peaches to fruit mixture.
Add the drained pineapple, oranges and grapes.
Combine the sauce with the fruit mixture. Chill in a covered bowl.
Makes 24 servings of 1/2 cup each.
