Introduction

I like this mix for a wet, fruity, slightly different taste (by using the less common mango) on a hot summer day. I like this mix for a wet, fruity, slightly different taste (by using the less common mango) on a hot summer day.

Ingredients


    1 Cup sliced mango
    1 med. banana
    2 med. red apples
    1 med. fresh peach
    6 oz. Minute Maid Orange Juice, Pulp free

Directions

To make 4 servings of fruit salad for a picnic side dish, cut up and mix these fruit, finishing with pouring 6 oz. of Orange juice over the whole mix. Stir it thoroughly so that all of the fruit pieces are coated (particularly the Banana and apple) to prevent discoloring. Chill at least 30 min. and keep cool until ready to eat.
