Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Nonfat milk
    1/4 cup plain yogurt
    1/4 cup orange juice
    1 banana
    3/4 cup frozen berries (I use Trader Joe's Berry Medley)
    1/4 cup pineapple (I use frozen)

Directions

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Using frozen berries and pineapple makes it nice and slushy. Makes one serving.
