Ingredients

    1 lb bonless skinless chicken breast (4 pieces)
    1 egg
    1/2 c Panko bread crumbs
    8 oz. deli ham, sliced thin
    4 oz. reduced fat swiss

Directions

Beat egg. Dip chicken in egg and then in bread crumbs. Lightly fry until bread crumbs are golden brown. Layer 2 oz ham and 1 oz. cheese on each chicken breast. If desired, roll chicken breasts into rolls. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked through. About 15-20 minutes.
