    3 cups Ore-ida O'Brien Potatoes,
    1.5 cups Del Monte Fresh Cut Green Beans (rinsed),
    7.375 oz Ham
    6 oz skim fat free Milk
    .5 cup shreaded sharp cheddar cheese
    1.25 cup campbell's 98% fat free Cream of Celery soup


Preheat oven to 375
Spray a 2 quart baking dish with cooking spray
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
Spoon into baking dish
Bake one hour or until bubbly and hot
