I make this recipe all the time omitting the milk and using water or chicken broth (lactose intolerant), and 3 cans of creamed corn and real bacon. I also saute onions to throw in and sometimes if I have extra money, king crab. This is very easy to make and very tasty! In fact I made it last night! - 4/11/11
