Introduction

EASY MEAL! Make some cornbread and add some orange slices to make this a complete meal. This is one of the fastest soups I have ever made and very good too! Definitely a family favorite! EASY MEAL! Ingredients

    1 pkg of REAL bacon bits -- 2 oz.
    3 cans of cream of potato soup
    3 cups milk, non-fat
    3 cups frozen whole kernel corn
    1 Large can of potato chuncks or 3 baked potatoes peeled and chopped into bite sizes

Directions

Pour soup, corn and milk into large saucepan or soup pot. Heat 5 minutes, add bacon bits, heat 5 more minutes. Simmer. Makes 8 one cup portions.

    This looks like a yummy dish but check out the sodium per serving. Over 1200 mg in one meal is a little too much for me. - 4/15/09

    Incredible!
    I make this recipe all the time omitting the milk and using water or chicken broth (lactose intolerant), and 3 cans of creamed corn and real bacon. I also saute onions to throw in and sometimes if I have extra money, king crab. This is very easy to make and very tasty! In fact I made it last night! - 4/11/11
