Introduction

Ingredients

    Atlantic Salmon
    1 tbsp Brown Sugar
    clove garlic (minced or rough cut)
    1 tsp lemon zest
    Juice of 1 lemon slices.
    Kosher salt/Pepper.

    Mix ingrediants and smooth over top of salmon. Bake till cooked.

Directions

Bake in Toaster oven or conventional oven on 350 - 400 for no more than 25 minutes. Becareful that sugar does not burn, will stink up the house.
