Portuguese style, boiled Portuguese style, boiled
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    5 oz Cod Fish
    1 cup baby carrots
    2 sm raw potatoes
    1 egg
    1 tsp olive oil
    garlic, salt & pepper to taste

Directions

place carrots & potatoes in boiling water. When you potatoes are soft enough to stick a fork, add cod and egg. Boil for ten minutes.

Drain all liquid and season with salt, pepper and finelly chopped garlic

    Olive oil is an ingredient. Do you put that in the boiling water, or use it to season afterwards? Sounds interesting, I think I might try it, though it looks like it might be two servings rather than one? - 12/13/08

    Excellent i make a variation. I use frozen collards with the cod fish. Not a cooked carrots fan. - 4/18/09
