    I'll try the recipe I love dried pineapples will substitute the fruits with a serving of Sun-Maid Tropical Trio. Also if for anyone worried about the calorie count it this after working out you'll burn the calories more readily - 4/29/08

    A great tasting snack, but high in calories for those trying to lose weight. Healthier than other snacks available and because it is homemade, we can look to make it a little healthier. - 3/21/07
