Introduction

My hubby is from Newfoundland. After his mother left, he took over the cooking for the family. He's done a great job. He is now making his recipes "Spark Friendly". The zucchini's potassium offsets the high sodium in the green pepper. My hubby is from Newfoundland. After his mother left, he took over the cooking for the family. He's done a great job. Very Good
I changed it up a little bit. I added red peppers, celery and onions to the mushrooms and I used VH honey garlic sauce, with wine and chicken broth to reduce the carb intake. Added a little cornstarch to thicken up the sauce. My husband and I really liked it.
