    12 oz. whole wheat pasta, cooked & cooled
    2 carrots, sliced in 1/2 moons
    1 cucumber sliced in 1/2 moons
    1 red pepper chopped
    1 green pepepr chopped
    1/2 C. Lite Ranch dressing

Directions

Serves 8

Mix all ingredients together & chill.

My husband & kids like to add extra dressing to theirs
