    *Tropicana Orange Juice, 1 cup
    Yoplait creamy strawberry low fat yogurt, 1 cup
    Pineapple, fresh, 2 slice (3-1/2" dia x 3/4" thick)
    Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, halves
    GNC Whey protein powder, 3 serving
    1 cup water
    2 scoops ice cubes

Directions

Place all ingreidents in blender and blend until smooth.
