Ingredients

    1/2 Splenda
    1/2c Canned Pumpkin, Unsweetened
    1c Bob's Red Mill 10 Grain Pancake Mix
    1tbsp Canola Oil
    1 Egg
    1/2c Water
    1tsp Cinnamon
    1/4tsp Cloves

Directions

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Preheat pan to medium heat. Scoop 1/4c of mix for each pancake and cook 3-4 min on each side. Sweet enough to eat without any topping!
