Ingredients

    1/4 cup Chicken broth
    2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
    2 green bell peppers, diced on the bigger side
    2 yellow onions, dicedon the bigger side
    1 t sea salt
    1 t black pepper
    1/2 t dried oregano
    6 t dried basil
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tbsp tomato paste
    1 cup Marsala wine
    1 (28oz) can whole tomatoes



Directions

In a large pan or electric fry pan, cook onions and garlic in chicken broth until onions are tender/transparent. Add remaining ingredients, but cut up the tomatoes and add the juice from the can. Simmer for 20 minutes and serve. You can also put this in a slow cooker.

    I really like this. I used turkey because that is what I had. very good. I think you must have meant more than 4 oz breasts. It really would only serve 6 the way mine turned out. - 9/28/09
