Nutrition & Calorie Comments

At this very minute it's simmering...I tried a taste and it's yummy! I didn't use any salt and I substituted fresh tomatoes for canned and used extra broth instead of wine. Very easy too make! I'm serving it over brown rice.
This was surprisingly hot ... must have been the garlic. But I really liked it and gave me a chance to use my electric skillet. I love the low calories ... I could actually have 2 servings (which I never get). :)
