Introduction

Instead of the Beef Boullion I use Swansons Beef Stock. It doesnt have the sodium that the cubes do but I couldnt find it when I looked it up to add the info for it. Ingredients

    1-2 lbs of cube steak
    1 large can of Chunk style tomatos with basil and garlic
    1 cup veg broth
    1 cup beef broth Swansons
    1 cup rice

Directions

Add the chunk tomato sauce in a sauce pan, cut up the cube steak in to bite size pieces.. add to the tomato basil and garlic sauce. Add Beef Stock, and Veg stock stir and simmer until meat is cooked. Usually about 5 minutes. Add your rice uncooked until tender. Makes 5 servings
