    Ingredients:


    Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 can (remove)
    *Green Chili Peppers, canned, .5 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)
    Garlic powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
    Zucchini, 4 cup, sliced (remove)


Directions

Grate zucchini and add salt. drain to release all the water. Combine drained zucchini and onion and place in a 9x13 inch baking dish.Combine eggs, salt, pepper, chillies and tomatoes. Pour over zucchini mixture and top with shredded cheese. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. 6-8 servings
