Ingredients

    1 Cucumber
    1 Yellow Squash
    1/4 Medium Onion, chopped
    5 Medium Radishes
    1/4 Head Iceburg Lettuce, Chopped Chunkily
    1 Carrot, chopped
    1 lb. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets
    1/2 Link Oscar Mayer Turkey Smoked Sausage

Directions

Chop Veggies in large chunks (to go on kabob sticks). Cut chicken and sausage into chunks as well. Layer kabob sticks with meat and veggies. Salt and Pepper to taste. Grill until done 20 - 30 minutes. Makes about 4 servings (two large kabobs per person).
