Ingredients

    2 (10 oz) cans garbanzo beans, drained
    1 clove garlic, peeled
    1 (5 oz) container feta cheese crumbles
    1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 cup water
    1 tbsp dill weed
    1 tbsp white pepper

Directions

Process garlic and feta until fine. Add garbanzo beans (aka chickpeas), water, oil, and vinegar, stir. Process until smoothe. Add dill and pepper, process a few more seconds to blend. Makes 12 - 1/4 cup servings.
