Ingredients

    6 oz can of tuna in water
    1.5 T Olive Oil
    1/2 T chopped capers
    7-8 chopped pitted kalamata olives
    1 miniature box of raisans

Directions

Mix all together. Taste best if flavors are allowed to blend, i.e. for an hour or so.

    This is good! But being low-carb I would leave out the raisins, and go for something more like dried cranberries. - 2/7/09
